Catch-all Emails in Shared Website Hosting
If you host a domain name on our cloud web hosting platform and you have a shared website hosting account, you’ll be able to activate the catch-all functionality for any e-mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel includes quite a lot of features, but it’s really simple to work with, so creating a catch-all mailbox requires only one single click. All the email addresses that you’ve set up will be listed in this section alphabetically and you’ll only need to click the "Catch-all" button for the given email address. Our system will inform you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or pick another mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
A catch-all email address can be configured with several mouse clicks if you have a semi-dedicated hosting plan with us. The semi-dedicated account will be administered through our in-house built Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll be able to create mailboxes under any domain name hosted here. To activate the catch-all feature for a mailbox, you will have to click the icon with the exact same name, which will be next to each email address. Deactivating this feature can be done in the very same fashion and will not take more than a click either. If the catch-all feature has already been enabled for a specific domain name, you’ll get a warning message. The same goes if the mailbox that you’d like to be a catch-all one has email forwarding enabled, as our system will never alter or disable anything automatically.
